It had everything a welcome center usually has. The bathrooms were clean and there is a nice picnic style rest area off to the side that my family and I enjoyed. Overall a great place.
Nice clean restrooms, and well lit. Pamplets to grab if you want some guides on what to do in North Carolina. Decent assortment of vending machines. Nothing fancy, but it does exactly what you'd expect.
It's decently clean, well lit, pet friendly, picnic tables, and has ample parking. During daytime hours, when the visitor center is open, there are plenty of brochures that list pretty much every single possible thing that a person can think to do in the state of North Carolina.
Great place to stop and relax from a long drive. They have clean and convenient bathrooms. Snacks and drinks are available for a fee. Plenty of room for your pet to stretch and relieve themselves. There is a great view of the river separating the state. Safe and secure place to take a much needed rest break while feeling protected from trouble makers. I highly recommend.
